Orders

Orders are processed in the order they are received.
A confirmation email sent by the seller stating that the order has been accepted for processing—based on the mutually accepted offer—constitutes the conclusion of a purchase agreement binding both parties.

If the customer chooses personal pickup at the company location, placing an order through the website constitutes a reservation of the product and preparation for purchase. The purchase agreement is concluded at the moment of personal pickup, after the customer has inspected and accepted the product.
Delivery

Product Returns
A consumer who concluded a distance agreement may withdraw from it within 10 calendar days of receiving the shipment, without giving a reason.
It is sufficient to send a written statement before the deadline or include it with the returned item.
Returned goods must be undamaged.
The return should be made promptly, no later than 14 days after withdrawing from the agreement. The return is confirmed in writing by the seller.
All free items or bonuses received with the order must also be returned.
Once all conditions above are met, the purchase agreement is considered null and void.
Complaint Procedure
If the delivered product is defective, the cost of return shipping is covered by www.seedsplants.seedsplants.seedsplants.seedsplants.inspiracjeogrodowe.com.pl.
The reported defect will be verified by www.seedsplants.seedsplants.seedsplants.seedsplants.seedsplants.seedsplants.inspiracjeogrodowe.com.pl based on photos of the damaged product to determine whether the damage did not occur due to customer fault.
Complaints are processed within 14 business days.
Upon receiving a damaged or incorrect item, the customer must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Complaints may be submitted via email or phone.
The order will be verified and the method of resolving the complaint will be agreed upon.
Recognition of the complaint occurs after receiving a photo of the damaged/incorrect product within 14 days of sending the photo.
A complaint is accepted if the product was damaged to the extent that it cannot be used or if its condition significantly deviates from quality standards for ornamental plants.
If the complaint is accepted, the customer receives a replacement product, and all costs related to the complaint are covered by the store.
Shipping Time
Orders are shipped Monday to Thursday (excluding holidays).
Standard processing time is 1–2 shipping days.
In justified cases, delays may occur due to adverse weather conditions or increased order volume in the spring season.
Shipping typically begins in March/April, depending on weather conditions.
Final Provisions
Placing an order is equivalent to accepting these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions come into force on the date they are published on www.seedsplants.seedsplants.seedsplants.seedsplants.seedsplants.seedsplants.inspiracjeogrodowe.com.pl and remain valid indefinitely.
